You don't lose your way because you lack skills. You lose it because you lost yourself.
Veterans leaving the military. Professionals stepping away from a career they gave decades to. The role is gone and suddenly the question nobody prepared you for shows up.
Who am I now?
Most people respond by chasing a replacement. Another title. Another structure. Something that feels familiar. That is the Transition Trap. And it keeps people stuck for years.
This is not a skills problem. It is an identity problem. And it requires a different kind of work to move through it.

Founding client pricing is available for the first three participants only. This rate will not be offered again. Veterans receive an additional discount. Request a conversation to learn more.
Jeff Rogers is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, author of After the Uniform, and creator of the Strengthen the Positive platform. He has spent years studying what happens to people when a high-identity role ends and built his entire body of work around helping them find what comes next.
He works with Veterans and professionals navigating major life and career transitions. His approach is direct, grounded, and built on lived experience — not theory.

No. The program is built for anyone navigating a major identity shift after a high-identity role ends. Veterans are the primary audience and receive a discounted rate. The work translates directly to anyone who has built their identity around what they did.
Free programs offer real support and can be a good starting point. A paid 1:1 engagement is a different tool. When you invest in a structured program with a defined outcome — a personal identity statement, a 90-day direction plan — you're not getting support. You're getting a result. The accountability that comes with a financial commitment also changes how people show up. Both have a place. If you're ready to move from supported to directed, this is built for that.
The founding cohort is the first three clients through the program. The rate reflects that. It is the lowest this program will ever be offered and will not be available after the inaugural cohort completes.
Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings Eastern Time. If those windows do not work consistently for a 10-week commitment, this may not be the right season for us to work together.
Request a conversation. It is a 30-minute call to determine whether this is the right fit. No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest conversation.
No. Veteran clients receive a copy as part of the program. Reading it before we start is helpful but not required.
The first step is a conversation. No pressure. No pitch. Just clarity on whether this is the right fit.
