That goal became After the Uniform—a grounded, story-driven guide to life beyond the military. It’s more than a book. It’s the foundation of everything that followed.

From there, the STP Series was born: a growing collection of reflection-based journals and tools designed to meet people where they are. The first two journals—Strengthen the Positive: For Veterans and The Journal—offer weekly prompts, encouragement, and clarity for those building a new kind of life.

Jeff Rogers is a retired U.S. Air Force Technical Sergeant, Master Instructor, and award-winning leadership mentor who’s trained, guided, and developed thousands, from the flightline to the classroom.

He spent two decades on active duty earning trust the hard way—by showing up, leading under pressure, and helping others find their voice when it mattered most.
